A service built to get straight to the point
Assermentation Express exists for one simple reason: taking an oath shouldn't require half a day of travel. We arrange a videoconference meeting with a Commissioner for Oaths, at a time that suits you — available in both French and English. Whether you're in Montréal, Laval, Longueuil, Gatineau, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, or anywhere else in Québec, the session takes place entirely online. You book online, pay right away, then upload your documents before the session. On the day, you confirm your identity, take your oath in front of the commissioner, and the document is signed according to the process in place. You then receive your document in your client portal. Our role is to simplify the organization of this meeting — not to replace a lawyer, a notary, or legal advice. This service is for documents intended for use in Québec or as part of a process in Québec; it is your responsibility to confirm that the receiving organization accepts remote commissioning.
