Assermentation Express exists for one simple reason: taking an oath shouldn't require half a day of travel. We arrange a videoconference meeting with a Commissioner for Oaths, at a time that suits you. You book online, pay right away, then upload your documents before the session. On the day, you confirm your identity, take your oath in front of the commissioner, and the document is signed according to the process in place. You then receive your document in your client portal. Our role is to simplify the organization of this meeting — not to replace a lawyer, a notary, or legal advice.
