Refund policy

Failed or abandoned payment: no appointment is confirmed and no amount is charged. Document refused by the commissioner after payment: you are fully refunded. Cancellation at least 12 hours before the session: full refund. Cancellation less than 12 hours before the session, or no-show: no refund, unless there is a technical problem on our side. Technical problem on our side (video call or signature): full refund or reschedule, your choice. Minor correction requested on a document: no extra charge, you upload a new version — no refund since the session still takes place. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Price: CAD $29 per session, up to 3 documents.
