Happy Path rules for the app — legal validation required before production.

Failed or abandoned payment: no confirmed case. Commissioner rejection after payment: refund (refund_pending → refunded). Client cancellation ≥ 12h before session: full refund. Cancellation < 12h or no-show: non-refundable. Platform technical failure (Meet / signature): refund or reschedule offered. Document correction request: no refund; upload a new version. Price: CAD $29 per session, max 3 documents.
