Form FO-0350 is for anyone subject to the verification of absence of impediment in an educational childcare service who has resided outside Canada for a continuous period of one year or more since turning 18.
Since foreign criminal records cannot be checked by Québec police forces, the person must declare their record for that period under oath, in addition to the usual checks carried out in Canada.
The oath, in brief
